15. White Bread
Whole grain or brown bread is good, but white bread is not. We can see through its name that they make white bread from white flour. Keep in mind that white flour had been peeled off all the nutrients, fibers, minerals, vitamins before going on processing; as a result, you will gain nothing from a loaf of white bread except for its pretty look and several health corollaries.
