7. Energy Bars
Unless you are an athlete or are under an intense training course, you do not need these bars for energy supply. Basically, each energy bar is an abundant combination of calories, sugar, preservatives, and other artificial ingredients. In other words, tons of bad stuff will accumulate in your body if you consume it regularly. So remember not to use energy bars for any purpose rather than exercise.
