14. Fast Food
Who doesn’t like fast food? From deliciousness to convenience, fast food satisfies most people, especially teenagers and workers who do not have time to cook. Despite these advantages, fast food is more prominent with its harmful effects.[1] This type of food is high in calories and contains huge amounts of sodium and hydrogenated fats, which causes serious health problems. We can mention obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disorder as consequences of consuming too much fast food.
