    1. Indeed, trying to lose weight, I think is the hardest thing in the world, maybe just for me. lol. I applied a lot of different methods like avoiding fatty and sweet foods, doing exercise…. but the results were not still satisfactory as I expected, so I quit some of them. These days, I have set habits of drinking detox tea, honey mixed with lemon and established a healthy diet combined with running and I have followed them for nearly 2 months, luckily, I lost a little bit weight, but it still makes me very happy. uhm, I even don’t know such many ways to lose weight like your post, maybe I will give some efforts to follow.
